Georgia Mountain Forestry Service, Inc. is a small company of partners, providing forestry management for over 25 years. The owners, Greg and Steve, are dedicated foresters who love what they do and have been in the timber management industry since 1989.
We specialize in the selective harvesting of timber that brings aesthetic and commercial value to the landowner as well as healthy stands that continue to grow and deliver value for generations to come. Our practice of selective harvesting has proven to be a very effective management tool in controlling southern pine beetle infestation and increasing the rate of timber production.
