Realizing Your Property's Full Value -  Selective Harvesting

After meeting at your property, and learning your objectives, we will conduct a thorough "cruise" of your timber while calculating the assessment and value of the timber to be harvested. Once a contract has been established, we will begin the harvesting process while maintaining constant communication with you until the harvesting is completed. Two weeks into the harvesting process you will begin begin receiving payments for timber that is sold to the saw mills, enjoying a quick return on assets that have been waiting to be realized. The duration of this phase largely depends upon acreage and weather.

Beyond The Harvest

Once the harvest is completed, we revisit the property and perform reclamation work. This involves smoothing out all ruts caused by our logging equipment as well as organizing logging debris. Additionally, we seed all main skid trails and loading areas with a seasonal grass to stabilize the soil. All of these practices are contractual and are provided to the landowner at no cost.
